JDRF announces partnership with My Vintage Baby at Kickoff event in Dallas: Tea with Trista Sutter
Tickets still available!
JDRF is pleased to announce a partnership with My Vintage Baby, Inc., a children’s clothing company in McKinney, TX that sells exclusively through in-home trunk shows nationwide. Our one-year agreement is based on the My Vintage Baby/Trista Sutter clothing line, which launches August 1.
Trista Sutter’s Winter Rose collection is a custom print inspired by a 1950’s tablecloth and made of cotton woven fabric. Signature denim and leopard are combined with vintage roses, and crotchet flowers. Colors include: totally teal and rosy red. A portion of the proceeds from this collection go to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. Items may be purchased on http://www.myvintagebaby.com. A variety of styles available in newborn on up to girls 14.
Trista also has a fun and funky top for boys, our personal favorite. Snap front shirt with contrast stitching. J logo on the front- every boy’s favorite pirate is on the back. Go for the bold black with white studs or the toned down brown and brass. Can’t go wrong either way. Boys size 12month to boys 10.
My Vintage Baby will support JDRF in a host of ways over the coming year. The company will:
- Donate 3% of the net profits of every item sold from the Trista Sutter collection to JDRF; the hangtags for each item will also prominently feature the JDRF logo.
- Give its customers the opportunity to donate an amount of their choosing to JDRF at the time of checkout.
- Encourage its sales representatives across the nation to form teams and fundraise for their local JDRF Walks.
The JDRF mission is a cause that hits close to home for Jessica Wiswall, President/CEO of My Vintage Baby. Her husband, Jason, and her three children, Jackson, 10, Jaiden, 8, and Jett, 23 months, all have the disease.
My Vintage Baby will officially launch the Trista Sutter collection and announce its partnership with JDRF in mid-August on the Good Morning Texas show on WFAA-TV in Dallas-Fort Worth. JDRF representatives from the Greater Dallas Chapter will be on hand to discuss JDRF’s mission and show our appreciation for the partnership.
The company will promote the line and the partnership in an array of ways, including public relations, advertising, and interactive marketing efforts. Its plans include an aggressive campaign synchronizing public relations efforts and print advertising in leading industry publications in August/September.
