You’re Invited to “Art By Heroes” Day

December 15, 2011

Calling all children living with type 1 diabetes… you’re invited!

Each year at the JDRF Dallas Dream Gala, we have special items in our silent auction that have been created by JDRF Ambassadors living with type 1 diabetes. We hope that you will join us for this years JDRF “Art By Heroes” Day to help us create memorable auction items and enjoy meeting other children living with T1D.

Important: Due to limited space availability and the nature of this event, we would like to ask that only those living with diabetes attend and that all participants be at least 7 years of age or older. Thanks for your understanding!

DATE:  Sunday, February 12, 2012

TIME:  Please select between two time slots – 12 to 2pm and 3 to 5pm

LOCATION:  Smashing Times
308 Preston Royal Shopping Center — Dallas, Texas 75230

Located in the northeast corner of Preston Road and Royal Lane next to Einstein Bros. Bagels – (214) 363-2088

RSVP:  Limited Availability

RSVP online or to Jessica Tresp at jtresp@jdrf.org or (214) 764-6769.
Please include the name and age of the child attending.

Don’t miss out on this fun and unique opportunity! Due to the nature of the Dream Gala and our new event location, we will not be recruiting JDRF Youth Ambassador Volunteers for the night of the event. So this is a wonderful way for your child living with T1D to participate in this very special event. Thank you so much for your support.
