Thank you for joining JDRF at the 2012 Dream Gala!

April 3, 2012

To everyone who attended the 2012 Dream Gala, the JDRF Greater Dallas Chapter and the Board of Directors would like to extend our sincerest thank you for joining us in our mission to find a cure for diabetes and its complications through the support of research.

Check out the below video of the Johnson Girls, daughters of honorees Dave & Stacey Johnson and their story of living as a family with T1D.

Since diabetes is one of the costliest chronic diseases accounting for $14.9 billion in health care costs in the U.S. each year, every dollar counts; and your dollars will go toward funding life-saving research to better improve the lives of nearly 3 million children and adults living with type 1 diabetes in America. Learn more about diabetes and JDRF-funded research by viewing the 2012 JDRF Fact Sheets.

With many wonderful sponsors and over 1,300 guests in attendance, the JDRF Dream Gala has currently raised over $1.3 million to fund diabetes research and we’re still counting.

You can still make a donation to Fund A Cure to help us reach our goal by visiting our secure online donation site.

Save the Date for next year!
